Barbara Eden is a television, stage, and film actress best remembered for her appearance in “I Dream of Jeannie.” She began her career as a choir and nightclub singer because her family’s financial situation did not allow her to choose her profession. Eden graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School despite her meager earnings from singing.
