His Time To Shine
The best man and maid of honor both had time for meaningful speeches. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when they uttered normal wedding things. Then it was Krysten’s father’s turn to shine. When he arrived at the front of the room, everyone wondered what type of emotional speech he would deliver. Those who knew him well expected him to make some jokes during his remarks. Nobody expected the surprise he had planned.

The Tension Was Rising
He began his remarks with some kind words. He thanked everyone who came and spoke about his beautiful daughter and how proud he was of her. He also congratulated her new spouse, gushed about how blessed he was, and gushed about how nicely he treated Krysten. The dad then began to speak about Krysten’s childhood, and everyone grew upset. However, the mood was about to shift.
