Knife
Chef John Tesar offers an elite steakhouse experience with all-natural meats produced in Texas. From speciality cuts including beef tongue, Akaushi meat, and chuck flap to dry-aged beef, hog, and lamb. Knife’s distinctive C-Vap burgers, caviar, and bacon-rimmed bone marrow are all available. It is advised not to over-order one’s main meal, as the dessert option “Chocolate & Coffee” is highly recommended. Do you like the sound of chocolate coffee ganache with whipped milk and coffee ice cream?
Boston Chops
Boston Chops, courtesy to owner Brian Piccini, is known for its exquisite and surprising nose-to-tail dining. While steakhouses are famed for their charcuterie, this upscale restaurant celebrates rare cuts such as grilled heart, braised tripe, and brined tongue. The daring meat-eater might do well here. If those options don’t appeal, Boston Chops’ “top chops” – at least 14-ounce slabs of filet mignon and other popular meats – are the way to go.
