Stripsteak

Stripsteak is undoubtedly one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas, Nevada. This restaurant offers both a contemporary and traditional menu. Salads and seafood platters are available, as are Kaluga caviar “Twinkee,” Mishima Reserve beef tataki, tuna “poppers” with crispy rice cakes, and Colorado lamb loin “katsu.” All of the Japanese Wagyu and Angus steaks are grilled on a wood-burning grill. This is to achieve the exquisite char flavor. This is the first steakhouse opened by chef Michael Mina in Las Vegas. He has blended outstanding services with years of knowledge to provide the best possible service.

Gibson’s Bar & Steakhouse

So, what have we here? A superb steakhouse with a vintage bar to round out the experience. If you want prime steaks produced from Midwestern producers and matured for at least 40 days, Gibson’s Steakhouse should be on your list of locations to visit, especially if the trip takes you to the beautiful city of Chicago in Illinois. There’s an old-school menu of steakhouse favorites, such as a fiery lobster cocktail in a steamed artichoke. There’s a wedge salad and bone-in filet mignon, as well as a 26-ounce or 48-ounce porterhouse. All of this with wood panelling, martinis, amazing service, and so much more.
