Grocery Shopping
Patrick decided to go grocery shopping at the local Walmart with some money left over from his paycheck one month. He proceeded through the aisles, carefully selecting the specials and best deals while mentally calculating. As he examined the wonderfully red grapes in the produce department, he considered purchasing a small treat for the family. Patrick had no idea his smile was about to be wiped away.

Patrick was keen to give his family a reward for their patience and understanding. He didn’t mind spending all of his money to make his wife and children happy. He chose the red grapes he was considering purchasing, as well as some of his children’s favorite candies. That was all he could afford, and he was pleased with himself until it came time to pay.
