TIPPI HEDREN – 91 YEARS OLD
Tippi Hedren was a model before she became a movie star. Then, in Alfred Hitchcock’s classic 1963 picture The Birds, she earned her big break, and she never looked back. Her performance in The Birds earned her a Golden Globe nomination and paved the path for her to appear in more than 80 films. She also received a Jules Verne Award and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Hedren is currently involved in animal rights activism and runs the Roar Foundation, which cares for six lions she rescued with her granddaughter, actress Dakota Johnson.
JULIE ANDREWS – 85 YEARS OLD
Dame Julie Andrews was labeled Britain’s youngest prima donna when she made her West End debut at the age of 13. She received so much acclaim that she finally traveled to Broadway, where she became an instant star in a show called The Boy Friend. She then appeared on Broadway in My Fair Lady and as Queen Guinevere in Camelot. In the film, she played Mary Poppins, a role that earned her an Oscar for best actress in 1964. Her service to the arts was recognized with a DBE. She will provide her voice to the next film Minions: The Rise Of Gru, which will be released in 2022.
