Benny went back to the dealership’s rear office to inform his employer that the elderly guy had left. Benny felt terrible for sending the elderly guy away because the boss, who was already preoccupied with another issue, had entirely forgotten about it and had shooed him away. In fact, just thinking about it made him feel ill. Though he was aware that there was little possibility he would see the elderly man again, he could not help reflecting about his final remarks.”I will not forget that.”

Benny did not see the elderly man for the following couple of days. Strangely, he was also not observing any customers entering the business. That was supposed to be their busiest month, however the store seemed oddly vacant. Benny and the other staff members were soon given a mission by the boss: find new clients. All day long, they made calls in an effort to find their next buyer. It was a challenging sales call because they were selling premium autos.
