Saying Goodbye
When the elderly guy saw Benny coming, he cheerfully hailed him by name. Benny made the decision to start the challenging situation on a positive note. Over the course of a few days, Benny told the elderly guy that he had begun to appreciate his company and his enthusiasm. Benny then moved on to the challenging portion of the dialogue. Unless the elderly man was truly going to purchase a car, Benny had to ask him to leave because the boss did not appreciate his being present for no apparent reason.

It Broke His Heart
The elderly man initially appeared to be still taking everything in. He appeared to be unsure of how to respond to this. Yet, he soon turned to face the ground and gave himself a slow nod. Then, turning away from Benny, he left the structure. The old man turned around and thanked Benny for letting him stay in the store the previous days as soon as his hand was on the door handle. Then he reiterated that he will remember it. Benny almost cried because of it.
