Supposedly Fifty Dollars
Pat maintained his gaze on the bill that was in front of him. The entire amount that was meant to be paid was fifty dollars. Not a single thing had been ordered by him. Despite the fact that the suffering veteran only wanted to provide for himself, the faculty had other plans in mind. At the sight of the exorbitant bill that had been presented to him, his blood began to boil. On the other hand, they had misjudged him as a debilitated elderly guy. It was his intention to force them to pay.

The mere act of expressing his rights was enough to make him refuse to pay such a hefty charge. If he did anything that was against their policy, what does it matter? Since he was a human being, he was entitled to be treated with more respect. If the staff had been aware of the facts, there is no doubt that they would have been a little bit more wary of the elderly man.
