He has made a point of greeting fans individually at premieres and taking time for autographs and photos. When a fan was unable to attend an event to see the actor, he called her to say hi. With all of the privileges that come with being a celebrity, Cruise has recognized that being kind, sincere, and approachable means far more to fans than any film he has done.
