Joe couldn’t figure out why Alina was so nervous. Alina, in his opinion, was the ideal girl who would fit right in with his family. Before joining her side, he set up his camera and placed it on the counter. They grinned at the camera and waited for the flash. He grabbed the little device and checked on the snapshot after it was taken. It was ideal.
He didn’t get it.

He leaned back on the couch alongside her and transferred the snapshot to his phone. He was eager to learn what his mother thought of Alina. He was well aware that she was the love of her life. “Hi Mom, I’d like to introduce you to someone.” My girlfriend’s name is Alina. I’m excited for you to meet her. “I adore you,” he wrote on his phone. He took a deep breath and sent the text along with the photo.
