InStyle and ScreenRant agreed that this guy was one of the worst supporting characters in The O.C. Fans hated the show’s first antagonist after attempting to break up Ryan and Marissa. He first seemed like an innocent friend, but he was the sort of guy who complained too much about the friendzone. It felt like a switch was flipped when he began to stalk Marissa! The final straw would be how he threatened to end his life if she refused to date him. Lame.

Mandy Hampton — The West Wing
Mandy Hampton proved to be such a horrible character that she was written out of The West Wing after one season. During the pilot, she got pulled over but refused to stop talking on the phone. This was not the end of her snobby attitude either! Do not forget the time the anti-Bartlet memo got out. On top of that, a negotiator died in a stand-off thanks to her. She was not even important enough to be killed off in the shooting at the end of the season.
