Was there a shadier character than Paige in Pretty Little Liars? All right, there were a couple. She was an insecure teen who got more assertive and mature over the course of several seasons. We love that for her, but she should not have come home from college. This was how she ended up on our list. Once likable, she turned creepy and possessive, effectively undoing all the progress she made in the first seasons. A fan explained that Paige took “ten steps forward and fifty steps back.”

Sheriff Don Lamb – Veronica Mars
Sherriff Don Lamb was a terrible character, so we were happy that he got killed off. Steve Bitondo, his fellow dirtbag, got a redeeming moment after clotheslining his head using a bat! This character is the reason so many sexual assault victims do not report. He did not take Veronica seriously when she told him about her assault. Instead, he told her to look for the “Wizard” and “ask for a backbone.” Not only was this a bad joke, but it was also super insensitive! It did not help that he only served the rich.
