“Do you think Dad will be ok?”, David asked Joan. “I hope so”, she replied. “Now that I have no son, he is the only family I have left. David and Joan were quickly shown to one of the emergency rooms in the hospital, being reunited with a stable John. “Dad, what were you about to say to me before you got into the ambulance?”, David asked. “Don’t do it John, we need the money”, Joan stuttered.
