In 2017, revenue fell by 7% at $10.2 billion from the Office supplier Office Depot. CEO Gerry Smith says they’ll soon start providing services instead of concentrating only on sales. The move has already enhanced the top line of the company. Office Depot also provides a “BizBox,” a subscription plan, which is a business-to-business service.
