According to the findings of the study, participants who ingested solid apple segments consumed 91 fewer calories than those who consumed apple sauce and 150 fewer calories than those who consumed apple juice. When compared to other fruits, eating apple segments resulted in a greater sense of fullness and a decreased desire to eat more food.
