Kids love to play, and injuries are often inevitable. They love to run and chase each other around which often leave them scratches and bruises when they come home. One mom realized that applying ice packs on the skin can be unpleasant and doesn’t give her kid that much relief. Good thing she found an alternative. She replaced ice packs with marshmallows in a Ziploc bag placed in the freezer. Although the marshmallows are cold, it doesn’t give a stinging cold feeling. Kids will love it especially when the marshmallow gets thawed and soft enough to eat.
