Tamara Lees and Fulvio Tiberio Vergari
Tamara Lees was an Austrian-born English woman who graduated from Oxford University with a Mathematics degree, but her main interest was undoubtedly acting. Fulvio Tiberio Vergari, her first husband, worked as an Italian assistant production manager for a prominent film firm. They ended up marrying in 1953. The newlyweds pose for a photo before departing on their honeymoon in the Italian Riviera. The pair visited the stunning coastline of Liguria, Portofino, and dozens of other romantic places in Italy. We’re sure they had plenty of pizza and spaghetti along the way.
Yvonne De Carlo and Bob Morgan
Yvonne De Carlo was a famous actress, singer, and dancer from the 1940s and 1950s, best known for her performance as Lily in “The Munsters.” She met stuntman Bob Morgan in the early 1950s, and the two married in 1955 at a surprise ceremony in Reno, Nevada, where the photo below was taken. One thing was certain: De Carlo dressed more normally than she did in her previous roles. The actress and stuntman had a blissful marriage of nearly 20 years and two children. That’s not terrible for a Hollywood wedding.
