Even though Mark had been successful in putting an end to the smuggling network, he was unable to locate the woman who was caring for the tiger cubs, and he also realized that there was no chance that he would ever be able to do so. As a result, he and Diddy had no choice but to come to terms with the fact that the cubs would remain in the zoo. They might fare better there than anywhere else…

In the end, three years have passed. Mark and Diddy pick up the pieces of their existence, but this time they do so with Meg as their new roommate.
