Unless someone had brought tiger cubs that had just been born into the country and left them someplace in the mountains, which sounded about as unlikely as it was possible for them to have done, the mother tiger had to be either in the mountains or somewhere in the city.
Where could she be?
Mark reasoned that if she had been free, she would have been able to find her babies in the wild and that they would not have had Meg’s assistance in their upbringing. According to his reasoning, she must be located in a portion of the city from which she is unable to flee. However, where in the world might that be?
