Lilly In Lovesong
Brooklyn co-starred in the 2018 film Lovesong with Hunger Games: Catching Fire actress Jena Malone, Logan Lucky actress Riley Keough, and New Amsterdam actor Ryan Eggold in addition to other notable actors. So Yong Kim, a Korean-American director, was in charge of the direction and co-writing of the film. In the film, Sarah, a mistreated stay-at-home mom, embarks on an unexpected journey with her kid and her closest friend to make up for a lost time. Relationships evolve along the road, and Sarah must eventually repair the damage done to their relationship. On Rotten Tomatoes, this female-directed LGBTQ film received an 82 percent rating.
Brooklyn In Band Aid
Brooklyn first met Zoe Lister-Jones while co-starring in the ill-fated sitcom Friends With Better Lives, in which they both appeared. Decker appeared in the film Band-Aid, which was written and directed by Lister-Jones and released in 2017. Incredibly, in addition to having a female director — something that is still uncommon in Hollywood — Band-Aid featured an all-female crew. The comedy-drama revolves around a married couple who attempt to repair their marriage by turning their disagreements into musical numbers. The film, which stars Adam Pally from The Mindy Project, has received an 85 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
