There’s a cause for the excitement on these girls’ faces. They attend one of the country’s top schools. The college’s founders had a goal for a unique institution that did not appeal solely to the privileged elite back in 1887. They were adamant that hardworking people deserved the benefits of higher education. As a result, the North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts was founded. Today, the school is known not only for its programs, but also for the Krispy Kreme Challenge. Students dash for two and a half kilometers to the nearest Krispy Kreme store during this game.

It’s remarkable how some of these women can pull off clothing that expose a lot of skin, but don’t be misled. Because the weather here may be quite cool, most of the girls on campus like to dress in complete tracksuits most of the time. To be warm, they cover themselves from head to toe. During the colder months, they are rarely seen wearing skirts and blouses. Students at the University of Michigan, on the other hand, know how to dress for the cold. They look great in their sweatshirts! Oh, and the locals here are big on getting active in the winter to remain warm.
