Mark Salling became well-known as a result of his appearances in the musically driven show Glee. His professional career came to an end in December 2015, when he was arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of possessing and distributing underage images to minors. That makes sense given that his planned post-Glee project, the miniseries Adi Shankar’s God’s and Secrets, was shelved without a second’s consideration. “The innocence of our planet’s children is something that must be protected at all costs,” according to a statement from the show. Even if it means letting go of the jock from Glee in the process.
