Orson Welles
Orson Welles is still widely regarded as one of the most revered, if not the finest, filmmakers of all time, and his films continue to be shown on television. Despite the fact that his film, Citizen Kane, continues to earn positive reviews, the general public has expressed skepticism about its plot. Even the FBI expressed skepticism about the allegation, and an inquiry into Welles’ involvement with the Community party was launched. Welles was later found not guilty.

Vanessa Marquez
While ER was at its height, Vanessa Marquez appeared on the show on a regular basis as a nurse in a recurrent role. However, she was abruptly dismissed from the show and appeared in only a handful of episodes from then until her death in 2018. Why? She claims she was banned after speaking out against a culture of harassment on set that was promoted by actor George Clooney, who she accuses of putting her on the blacklist in the first place. The actor’s claims have been refuted by Clooney, who stated: “I had nothing to do with the casting.” I was an actor, and only an actor, for a long time. If she was led to believe that I was involved in any decisions regarding her professional life, she was deceived. The fact that I was unable to have an impact on her professional life is only surpassed by the fact that I would not.”
