Always Bring Portable Chargers
There is no disputing that we adore our electronics, thus charging it frequently takes precedence. Traveling without a phone can be extremely dangerous and irritating. Although there are many charging stations in airports, it is rare that you will be seated next to one. Bring a portable charger in its place. You may just take your iPhone out and start charging when the battery starts to run low. Bonus advice: after takeoff, turn off or place your phone in airplane mode. Otherwise, it might keep looking for a network, which would quickly drain the battery.
Bring Hand Sanitizers & Wet Wipes
Being in such close proximity to so many people on a plane, which is essentially a floating tin can, increases the likelihood of contracting a bug. Make sure you pack a supply of wet wipes and hand sanitizer to be on the safe side. Utilize them whenever possible to try to ward off the nasties. Additionally, after a lengthy flight, wet wipes will help you feel rejuvenated. After a long flight on an American Airlines aircraft, everyone feels a little sleepy. Even if you can’t take a shower right away, you can at least clean yourself up.
