James Corden is a British actor and comedian who found fame in the states by hosting ‘The Late Show.’ Corden was known for being a little on the larger side and would often poke fun at himself. Once Corden crossed the pond to make it in America, he decided to lose some weight and become healthier. Corden manages his incredible weight loss through something called ‘The Sugar Diet,’ sadly this isn’t how it sounds – you don’t get to only eat candy and cake… in fact, quite the opposite. The presenter managed to drop an amazing 70 pounds by cutting down his sugar and carb intake and increasing the amount of fiber in his diet.
Chrissy Metz, This is Us, 100 Pounds
Chrissy Metz is a real inspiration to her fans. Like her character Kate in ‘This Is Us,’ Metz has struggled with body image and weight issues. Her mother first took her to ‘Weight Watchers’ aged just 11, and the star’s weight constantly fluctuated until, suffering from depression over not getting any acting jobs, she gained 100 pounds. Every cloud has a silver lining, though, and when Metz experienced a severe panic attack regarding her weight, she was inspired to lose the extra pounds. Chrissy credits a 2000 calorie diet and walking 20 minutes a day for her success, and we must say, the results are nothing short of spectacular.
