Krysten thought her father was acting suspiciously. Why was he so preoccupied with the time he was meant to speak? She thought it was humorous at first, but after a while, she became concerned. Krysten assured her father that there was no need for him to be concerned because everything had already been organized. He informed his daughter that he was just looking forward to the big day and wanted everything to be perfect. Krysten was overjoyed because her father was overjoyed.

When Krysten’s father kept reminding her about his speech, the bride-to-be reminded him of the promise he had made regarding no surprises. She couldn’t get the idea that her father was organizing a surprise for her behind her back. He told her that she had nothing to worry about and that she would be extremely pleased with his speech. She decided to let it go because there was nothing else she could do.
