A Special Gift
Of course, Krysten’s father didn’t just happen to come to see Jodi Benson sitting by the sea. In truth, he had been working on that surprise for some months. Jodi wasn’t simply there to wish the happy couple congratulations. She had planned to sing at the wedding. When Krysten’s father announced that Jodi had agreed to sing a song for them, the entire auditorium burst out in clapping and cheers. Both the bride and groom were completely taken aback and couldn’t stop laughing.

Krysten wasn’t sure what she should ask her father first. How had he managed to contact Jodi? When did he accomplish this? Her father simply approached her and gave her a hearty hug while grinning from ear to ear. But there was no time for her queries right now. Jodi was standing at the very front of the stage, waiting for the happy couple to return to their seats. Krysten joyfully returned to her seat and awaited the start of her lovely, fairytale moment.
