Let The Fishing Begin!
After finding the appropriate location, the team shut off the boat’s engine and let it lie idle. The location they picked was dependable and always provided a large number of crabs. They then let their lines dangle, allowing the cages to dangle on the seafloor. Unfortunately, crab season was coming to a close. Previous weeks had produced spectacular hauls, and they were hopeful that this week would be the best and most fruitful of the season. This was already their most successful year to date, and they hoped that this catch would be as well.

A Good First Haul
The cages were now securely planted in the water and required the assistance of two personnel to keep them from becoming entangled. The lone survivor would stay and steer the boat. By this point, it had become a daily routine for them. They were overjoyed when the first cages were re-erected! The spot proved to be as dependable as ever, and they were well on their way to a profitable day. As the cages were emptied and they prepared to go again, high-fives flew around.
