We are sure that a lot of people will disagree with his inclusion in the list. Castiel became a regular on the show during the fifth season. There were certain things that the character did that fans did not like. For one thing, let us remind you that he absorbed the Leviathans’ souls and declared himself God. There was also “Cassifer,” the version of Castiel that let Lucifer take over this body. Fans did not approve of how he agreed to such a destructive thing. Even though he was sometimes funny, he was hit or miss.

According to The Atlantic, this guy was “the worst character on television.” A quick poll also confirmed this. People found his crimes outrageous not only in the fantasy series but also in real life. Let us not forget that he tortured Theon Greyjoy so much that the poor guy lost half of his weight and turned his hair white, making him look like an older man. Unfortunately, the hate for the character seemed to have translated into hatred for the actor. Iwan Rheon said that this was the case!
