Before the second season, Trish inspired Jessica to try harder and be the best she could be. Starting then, though, Trish got Jessica to aim lower, causing her to take less pride in her achievements. Trish had become overtly narcissistic by the second season when she shot Jessica’s mom in front of her on the Theme Park.

April Kepner is at the end of the list because she was the most irritating character we’ve ever encountered when she first appeared on the show. She was tense and arrogant, preferring to blame others for her errors rather than accept responsibility for her decisions.
