Tom Selleck – Michigan
Tom Selleck was born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1945. However, his family decided to move to Sherman Oaks, California, in 1948. Selleck graduated from Grant High School in 1962 and enrolled at Los Angeles Valley College, living at home in order to save money. Selleck, who stands 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m) tall, transferred to the University of Southern California during his junior year to play for the USC Trojans men’s basketball team. Having started in Business Administration, Selleck eventually dropped out and went on to study acting at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. Selleck also served for the Californian National Guard during the Vietnam War.
Natalie Suleman (Octomom) – California
Natalie was born in Fullerton, California. She was known as Natalie Doud at Nogales High School in La Puente, California, and subsequently at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, where she received a psychiatric technician license. She went on to California State University, Fullerton afterwards, earning a B.S. in child development and working for three years at a state psychiatric hospital. The incident that catapulted Suleman to stardom began in 2009, when she had IVF and had twelve embryos implanted in her uterus. However, eight made it through, with all of them surviving the birth.
