The cops notified Ricky that Jolene’s doctor had detected an unlawful medical chip within her body. This chip might control the essential drugs. However, this was not yet legal. Ricky’s doctor appears to have added it to Jolene’s prescriptions, prescribed under Ricky’s name. Everything had been evident. Jolene was still in the hospital, so Ricky knew it wasn’t the end of the world.
