Mandy’s heart hurt since she wanted to spend the entire day with her family. She was, nevertheless, really appreciative that Peter had offered to take over. They thereby avoided paying a lot of money for childcare and nannies. She wanted to be involved too, even though Peter was doing a terrific job taking care of Samuel and Savannah.
