Teresa agreed to go because they had no other option than to take the bus to go to their destination. Despite his generosity, she remained doubtful. Bjorn wasn’t a generous person, and he hadn’t made even the slightest attempt to become a part of Timo’s life before to this point. She couldn’t rule out the possibility that Timo’s discomfort had triggered something in him, but she couldn’t be certain. The only thing she could do now was to wait and see if he would actually show up.

Will He Actually Show Up?
Teresa and Timo got up bright and early the next morning in order to prepare for the appointment. Teresa had half-expected Bjorn to simply not show up or phone, so she wanted to be prepared in case they had to take the bus to their destination. After an hour had gone, there was still no sign of Bjorn on the horizon. He hadn’t even picked up the phone or sent a text. Theresa thought that was typical. Without a certain, he’d disappoint them!
