Excitement
As he boarded the plane, Malcolm noticed the cheerful flight attendant announcing that the flight was overbooked. Malcolm was surprised and delighted to be upgraded to first class. A wide smile spread across his face as he walked down the aisle, as he imagined the luxurious amenities and extra legroom that awaited him. To say the least, it took a while for the boarding line to move forward.
