22. Mickey Rooney – Mr. Yunioshi
Mickey Rooney was the third-biggest star in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and he plays a Japanese character. In general, he had a bad accent and a ludicrous tooth prosthetic. It was a slap in the face to other Asian performers who might have had a chance to appear in the picture.

23. Jared Leto – The Joker
Almost any Suicide Squad member might have made the cut, but Jared Leto is the worst. He’s supposed to be a fresh and improved version of The Joker, but the character has a lot of flaws. Overall, The Joker was a farce.
