After talking about possible locations for the pictures, Mary’s sister abruptly inquires, “Why do you need them anyway? Don’t we already have enough pictures of dad? Mary informs her sister of the DNA test, and without another word, the sister hangs up the phone!

Mary made an effort to understand the significance of everything. Was their communication hampered? Did she end the call? Her battery might be dead. Mary makes several more calls, but her sister doesn’t answer up until the fifth call.
