He instructed the inexperienced officer to halt the car and wait while he went inside the residence to investigate. He just knew he had to; he didn’t feel the need to explain to the inexperienced why. He knew he would have to explain everything afterwards because this was absolutely against policy, but he didn’t care at the time. He required solutions.

Sebastian rang the doorbell as he approached the entrance. Nobody responded. He rang the bell once more before making a forceful knock at the door. Finally, someone spoke out, but it wasn’t at all who he was expecting to see. Everything about it was incorrect, and he was now more than just dubious. It would turn out that his suspicions were correct.
