The problem here is not that condiments spoil easily. We know just how long ketchup, mayo, and mustard can last. However, it is annoying that you have to store them in the fridge as soon as you open the bottle or jar. Costco offers them in big packages, so this is not ideal unless you have a lot of space.

Costco is infamous for its big portions of food. The salsa jar is a great example of this. We are not going to stop you if you plan to have a party or gathering with your friends. However, you might want to buy the regular size if you do not eat chips every single day!
