According to what we have observed, Wayne’s plans did not include the construction of a swimming pool; however, we are curious about his other plans. The container was going to be converted into a bunker, but he wasn’t even close to being done with the project at this point. What else did he need to do?

There was absolutely no way that the exterior of Wayne’s bunker could be considered finished. To begin, he made certain that there was a staircase that led down to the area where the bunker was located. After that, he put in two I-beams to make his bunker as strong and secure as it could be under the circumstances.
