Another well-known name on the list is Jeff Hardy, who created Team Xtreme with his brother, who was also a professional wrestler, and Lita. Jeff is a two-time World Heavyweight Champion as well as a WWE Champion. He enjoys music in particular, and after he resigned from wrestling, music was the next thing on his mind. He is currently a part of the PeroxWhy?Gen band. Although he is no longer competing, it appears that his training program has not changed, which explains why he remains fit and strong.

The older Matt Hardy is the sibling we referenced in the preceding slide. Matt, like his younger brother Jeff, is a highly accomplished wrestler who has won numerous title belts in the tag team division. He was also in a long-term relationship with Lita, a member of the trio, though he subsequently discovered that she was cheating on him with another wrestler, Edge. Unlike his younger brother, Matt is still competing in professional wrestling, despite his age.
