It’s easy to see why WWE has been so popular over the years if you’re a big fan of the company. WWE is a source of entertainment for at-home fans as well as a showcase for outstanding wrestlers who can show off their talents and physical achievements. Because WWE has been around for so long, several of the most well-known wrestlers have retired and are no longer engaged in the company. We’ve put together a list so you can see what your favorite WWE wrestlers have been up to lately.
Big Show – $20 Million
When he first started, he was known as The Giant, but as time went on, he began to go by his new moniker, Big Show, which is what most people remember him by. Big Show has been a world champion seven times and has dabbled in acting as well as wrestling. He has been in a number of films and television shows, with Knucklehead (2010) being one of his most notable roles. His total earnings over the course of his career are estimated to be over $20 million.

Fred Ottman was known for his accurate nicknames. The Tugboat was once an associate of Hulk Hogan and later became a member of the organization The Natural Disasters (where he earned his other nickname, the Typhoon). He retired from wrestling in 2001 and went to work as a safety manager in Florida, which he enjoyed. He also started coaching his two sons’ small league teams. Despite the fact that his net worth is unknown, we believe Fred is now enjoying retirement following a successful “regular” career as well as a successful wrestling career.

Glenn Thomas Jacobs, better known as Kane, is 51 years old and still works for WWE, occasionally appearing on SmackDown. Did you know that in 1993, he changed his true name to Warrior because he was so invested in his character? There were stories and conspiracy theories floating around before he died, claiming that he had died a long time before and that another wrestler had taken his place. He did, however, succumb to a heart attack in 2014, when he was only 54 years old.

Let’s take a look back at the history of wrestling and Rick Flair’s 40-year career. Rick, one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, is a 16-time world champion, yet he claims to have held the title for a total of 21 times. He, like other professional wrestlers, has made numerous televised appearances. Unfortunately, he went through some difficult times after his pro wrestler son died of a heroin overdose.

Even if you’re not a wrestling fan, you’ve probably heard of this name. Manly Man Randy Savage went on to become a household name and is still regarded as one of the best wrestlers of all time. He had a 32-year career during which he won 29 titles. He, like other wrestlers, appeared in films and television shows, including some of the most well-known, such as Ready to Rumble, Baywatch, Spider-Man, and others. He died in an automobile accident in 2011, and an autopsy found that he had a cardiac condition that he was unaware of.

Rey Mysterio – Estimated $10m
Rey Mysterio, who was born Oscar Gutierrez, is another well-known masked man who wears masks similar to those worn by Lucha Libre wrestlers. He rose to prominence in the 1990s and 2000s as a result of his unique wrestling technique. He won significant titles such as the World Heavyweight Championship, WWE Championship, and WWE Cruiserweight Championship over his ten-year tenure, earning him the moniker King of Mystery. Something is clearly going on here because he looks exactly the same as he did ten years ago! Rey Mysterio is still in wrestling, but now in Lucha Underground and on independent shows, wearing his characteristic masks.

Famously known as Sunny, Tammy Lynn Sytch is one of the unfortunate persons who let popularity get the best of her. She struggled with alcohol and drug problems for years until being arrested and imprisoned in 2017. Although many people were surprised, she had a history of DUIs, so her arrest was not wholly unexpected. Needless to say, WWE terminated her contract immediately, although there are allegations that she is now attempting to reclaim her life and has returned to treatment.

Scott Oliver Hall, often known as Razor Ramon, began his professional wrestling career in the 1980s, but it wasn’t until the 1990s that he broke through, having debuted in the WWF and WCW. He went on to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship four times after that. Unfortunately, his health hasn’t been great recently, and he’s spent time in the hospital for things like double pneumonia, low blood pressure, and seizures.

Lou Ferrigno is an actor, fitness trainer, and former professional bodybuilder from the United States. He has won an IFBB Mr. America title as well as two Mr. Universe titles in a row! You may recognize him from his performances in “The Incredible Hulk” as an actor. He’s also acted in Sinbad of the Seven Seas and Hercules, as well as The King of Queens and the 2009 comedy I Love You, Man, in which he played himself.

Joan Marie Laurer made her professional wrestling debut in the 1990s as Chyna for the WWF, and she holds the record for being the first woman to compete in the Royal Rumble and King of the Ring contests. She was one of the first women in the wrestling world to take bodybuilding seriously, and she clearly opened the path for those who came after her. She shifted her focus to writing once her wrestling career ended, and she was able to publish an autobiography. She also attempted to enter the adult industry, but she died of a drug overdose in 2016.

Let’s take another look at WWE history, this time focusing on Rena Marlette Lesnar, often known as Sable, one of the company’s early divas. She rose to fame not only as a wrestler and model but also as an actress, appearing in a number of films and television shows, including Pacific Blue and Corky Romano. Her first spouse died in a vehicle accident, ending their marriage prematurely, but her second marriage didn’t work out as well and ended in a divorce. She married Brock Lesnar in 2006 after finding a partner who appears to be a wonderful match for her.

Sid Eudy or Sid Vicious, one of the older generation’s wrestlers, has been a professional wrestler since the 1980s, with his career beginning at the World Championship Wrestling. He finally joined the WWE and WWF. His career was far from a failure, as he won a lot of championship belts. Sid, now 57 and retired, was still physically well enough at 51 to compete in a competition, albeit it was more for show.

Jonathan Coachman, unlike many others, did not fade from view once his professional wrestling career ended. He’s still a Raw brand color commentator, and he re-signed with WWE in 2018, so we’re curious to see if this is a true comeback, or simply something to keep his adrenaline pumping. Coachman, who is 45 years old and looks as young as ever, is happily married with two children. His net worth is projected to be $2 million, but given the deal he recently signed, that could change shortly.

Mr. McMahon – $1.7 Billion
The majority owner of WWE, Vincent Kennedy McMahon, also known as Mr. McMahon, is well-known. The Great Khali returned to WWE in 2017 and assisted his pal Jinder Mahal in the Battleground, indicating that there is still some life left in the battery. Scott Ronald Garland became a coach after his professional wrestling career ended. Scott Taylor or Scotty 2 Hotty can be found in the WWE Performance Center. He attempted to pursue a different professional path, even enrolling in fireman training in 2013, but in 2016, he returned to WWE. In a 2015 interview, he stated that he now takes much better care of himself than he did previously and that he is in the best form of his life.

William Scott Goldberg, aka Goldberg, is a 51-year-old wrestler who made a name for himself in the 1990s. He went undefeated from 1997 to 1998, and he immediately gained notoriety. He is doing well these days, living with his wife and son. In California, he owns a gym with an amateur boxing facility.

Jacqueline DeLois Moore, better known as just Jacqueline, is a professional wrestler and manager. She is the only woman to win the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, and she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016. She appeared in video games and did other things in the entertainment sector, just like other well-known WWE wrestlers. She worked as a trainer on MTV’s reality show Tough Enough. Even though she is approaching 60 years old, she still looks great, thanks to daily exercise, no doubt.

Steve Austin or Stone Cold Steve Austin When his injuries were too much for his body to bear, Steve Austin retired. His numerous appearances in films and TV shows include playing Inspector Jake Cage in Nash Bridges and appearing in The Expendables.

Dwayne Wade excels at whatever he sets his mind to, so it’s no surprise that he has a net worth of $220 million and has been named one of the world’s most influential people by Time magazine. In addition, he established the Dwayne Johnson Rock Foundation to assist children who are terminally sick, demonstrating that he has a decent heart.

Mick Foley or Michael Francis went by a variety of identities, including Dude Love, Mankind, and Cactus Jack, although he retired from professional wrestling at a young age. He chose a new career route and has since appeared in films, on television, and on the radio. When he appeared as Mankind on an episode of Boy Meets World, he connected his wrestling and acting careers. He conducts a lot of charity work, and he usually aids youngsters. He shares his home with his wife, Colette, and their four children.

They accused Batista of using steroids, but they couldn’t prove it, so he denied everything.

Terre Gene Bollea, better known as Hulk Hogan, is one of the most well-known wrestlers of all time and a key figure in shaping the professional wrestling industry into what it is today. He tried his hand at acting, music, entrepreneurship, and even became a television personality in addition to his wrestling career. Hulk Hogan was mainly successful in the ventures he took on, such as producing his own energy drink and launching his own website, Hogan Nutrition, which offers supplement and nutrition advice. He suffered a tumultuous divorce in 2007 and nearly lost everything, but he recovered. Despite his advanced age, he is in wonderful health.

He divorced Samantha Speno in 2013 and married Kimberly Kessler in 2015.

Edge or Adam Joseph Copeland became an actor after retiring from professional wrestling, yet he is still considered one of the best wrestlers of all time. He has 31 championships under his belt and has been inducted into the Hall of Fame. In 2004, he published his autobiography which he dubbed “Adam Copeland on Edge.” Edge despises cigarettes, which he allegedly tried as a teen but has since abandoned.

Lita or Amy Dumas, a former professional wrestler, was also a singer. She retired from professional wrestling in 2006, although she continues to work for WWE as an analyst. Since professional wrestler Christopher Michael Benoit murdered his wife and son on June 22nd, 2007, this narrative has been incredibly heartbreaking. He hanged himself two days later. When WWE found out what Benoit had done to his wife and children, they erased all references to him, as well as his name, from their statistics and website.

Adams attempted to pursue a boxing career after retiring from pro wrestling, but was unable to do so due to personal injuries. He died of respiratory failure in 2007 at the age of 43.

Ray Wahington Taylor Jr., better known by his ring as Big Boss Man, was an incredible wrestler who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2016. Sadly, he was unable to attend the ceremony because he died of a heart attack in 2004 at the age of 41. He had left behind his two children, Megan Chyanne and Lacy Abilene, as well as his wife, Angela, who was his childhood sweetheart.

Mark Henry had previously established himself as a successful weightlifter and powerlifter before becoming a professional wrestler. Unlike his younger brother, Matt is still competing in professional wrestling, despite his age.

Sean Waltman, better known as X-Pac, was a well-known wrestler in the 1990s. His professional wrestling career began with the WWF, but he is now a WWE legend. Sean won numerous championship belts in the cruiserweight and tag team divisions. He’s 46 years old, but he still looks athletic and buff, and he clearly spends a lot of time in the gym.

Kurt Angle – $25 Million
Kurt Angle wrestled throughout college, but it wasn’t until the 1990s that he decided to pursue a professional wrestling career. He has a long list of victories, including the WWE Heavyweight Championship, WCW Championship, and WWE Championship. He felt it was time to try something new in 2006, and he continued his career with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, where he was also quite successful. Unfortunately, he is currently suffering from health problems, and he was admitted to the hospital several times in 2015 for various procedures, including the removal of a benign tumor and the drainage of fluid that had built up in his spine.
