This Canadian woman, who was born in America, used to play as a forward for the Santa Clarita Blue Heat but is now a defender. She won a bronze medal in the Olympics and competed for Canada from 2011 to 2015. In addition, Lauren serves as the host, producer, and trainer for the fitness DVD series Fit As A Pro with Lauren Sesselmann.
