April 18, 2006 was the day Tom Cruise finally got to see his youngest daughter, Suri, after spending so many weeks staring at her on the ultrasound machine. Given that both Connor and Isabella were adopted, this was the actor’s first time attending a biological child’s birth. Thus, it was a very remarkable occasion. It seems that the love he’d shown during the pregnancy was as strong as ever, which just makes the alleged estrangement that followed even more devastating. A few days after Suri was born, he told the newsmagazine program ’20/20′ that the birth was “everything that we wanted it to be.” Tom described it as “spiritual,” “powerful,” and “indescribable.”

There are rumors that Tom was going to send Suri to this training section, where she would apparently have to sign a “billion-year contract.” Katie may have been prompted to break off her relationship with her husband before it was too late because of this fear. It seems sense that she wouldn’t want Suri to sign away her life in that way.
