Billie Jean King

Tennis legends Bobby Riggs and Billie Jean King played against each other in 1973 in what is now known as “Battle of the Sexes”. When King won the tennis match, she rose to fame and earned a fortune. In 1981, she became the first female athlete to publicly admit that she was gay. She divorced Larry King in 1987. King now holds a place in the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Emma Stone was chosen to play King in the movie that is based on the infamous 1973 tennis match.

Ann-Margaret’s breakthrough performance was for the character Kim Mcafee. She became famous for this role in the movie adaptation of Bye Bye Birdie. She played Annie in the movie Going in Style, also starring Morgan Freeman, in 2017. Shen the played Barbara Papa in 2018. Ann-Margaret has earned several Grammy nominations for her acting performances.
