It was time for him to go to Sarah’s residence at last. To be sure she would be coming home from work, he waited until six o’clock. He dressed to impress, gave himself a thorough oral hygiene routine, and then left. As he neared her home, his heart began to beat quickly. He had the option to turn around and return home, but he chose not to.

He waited a while before knocking on Sarah’s door as he stood in front of it. But even so, he was prepared with his message for her. He was uneasy. What if she told him a lie? What if he was mistaken the entire time? He didn’t want to lose her since losing her would be extremely embarrassing. He merely desired the reality.
