The evening had to come to an end. John waited for what seemed like an eternity before falling asleep. And he didn’t feel rested when he awoke. He spent the entire night tossing and turning in bed, wondering what Sarah might say. But that day has come today. Now all he needed to do was watch until evening so he could finally learn the truth.

In order to keep his mind off tonight, John spent his day with activities he enjoyed. He was concerned about Sarah’s mystery. What possibly could be so awful that she couldn’t even enjoy a lovely meal for two on the pier? Who was that woman, exactly? She had several things to clarify. Should John just pardon her even if she had a justification?
