Along with his wife Carol Hagen, who is also an entrepreneur and licensed real estate agent, he leads a prosperous professional life. Holt and Hagen have been married since May 1982. During that time, they have raised two sons, Cameron and Stefan, together. The two reportedly first crossed paths in 1980, when Holt was a scholar at a California university and Hagen worked as a flight attendant.
