In an iHeart Radio interview, singer Halsey explained about her upside down horseshoe tattoo on her arm. The symbol is known to bring bad luck, but she said that she believed neither in luck or bad luck. She said, “I got an upside down horseshoe to signify that I don’t need luck. I work really, really hard, and I believe in the stars aligning, but I don’t believe that anything happens to anyone based out of sheer luck. I believe people work really hard, and they manifest what they want, and what they need, and what they’re hopeful for, and that’s what this is—a reminder.”

Being able to connect with other celebs easily is perhaps one thing that you can be grateful for as a star. Emma Stone and her mother share quite a special bond with the superstar Paul McCartney. When Emma’s mom got cancer-free, the mother and daughter both got inked with a drawing of birds’ feet. Believe it or not, it was their tribute to Beatles’ “Blackbird.” It was Paul McCartney himself who designed the drawing. “Custom tattoos by Paul McCartney. Isn’t that wild? […] He’s a good guy,” Emma told Us Weekly in an interview.
